Hi.

The screen to print the label does not open since yesterday I've tried with 3 computers, but I can't print.

This is not a PC or printer problem. It's an eBay problem. I've tried both on Mac and Windows.

It did sometimes before, but it doesn't work at all after eBay's shipping label screen has been updated.

The screen to print the label does not open.

what should I do?
