The card don't work

This is my first time using the card and the code don't work at all when I want to bye something it didn't want though at all and i put $125 dollars in the card

Has it been at least 4 since since you purchased the card qat a retail store?  If so, take the card and receipt back to the store.  The clerk may not have activated the card correctly.

In addition:

Read the back of your ebay gift card. It states that you must have a U.S. registered ebay
account, a Paypal account and a U.S. shipping address.
