The buyer entered in an incorrect address

The buyer just messaged me saying they have entered the incorrect address by accident. They said in the messages it was their fault and want to get it changed. The issue is the package was sent off already. What options do I have?

If the package was sent via USPS, you could try a package intercept. There is a $17 charge, payable in advance. There is no guarantee that will work.

Sellers are required to ship to the address in the Order Details, so if that's what you did, you are covered. Now the package needs to go through the system. If it eventually gets returned to you, you need to refund the purchase price.

Thank you @fashionsandbeauty4u for the quick reply. Yes I used the order details. I buy USPS shipping labels straight through eBay so the address is automatically handled. If I do receive it back, I will refund. I will let the seller know.
