I bought a graphics card for $121 total. The seller informs me it is dead, so he cancels the order because it's damaged (which I am 100% okay with).
After 5 days of no news, ebay says "we we're unable to cancel your order" and "The seller attempted to cancel this order, but there was an issue with the refund. If you don’t receive it by the estimated delivery date, please report that the item hasn’t arrived".
So what am I supposed to do now? There is no estimated delivery date at all. But more importantly, ebay wants the seller to send out a DEAD gpu? I just want my money back. I don't know what to do man.

@jagordome It sounds like the seller doesn't have their back up payment method for selling costs entered. A seller can't just reverse the payment. Share the following with the seller>
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.

The seller hasn't responded tom my messages in 6 days, been sending one everyday.

@jagordome I suggest copying and pasting my message to them maybe they'll see it and understand what they are doing wrong.
Your only other option is to wait 7 days after the date of purchase to file a not received refund request since the delivery date can't be determined.
eBay can only force the refund from the seller with an official refund request case.
