The Buyer took the bike and will not give me the collection code

Hi

I sold a bike on ebay and they collected it yesterday i have video proof of them riding away on it but the buyer will not give me a collection code

You can contact the buyer and ask for the 6 digit code. Advise them to look in their spam filter if they don't see the email.  

If they don't respond to eBay messages it's ok to use the phone number on the order details to send a polite message. 

 Select View Order details next to the item on this page>
