You must cancel your listings - you have it listed twice. In your active list, first select cancel bids. After you cancel the bids on each, then select end item for each - you must do them one at a time.
You will be charged the final value fee as if you sold the item - contact customer service and ask for a refund. You can cancel one auction each year without penalty, usually. I do not know if they will refund the second fee.
