Technical problem with ebay

Hi Folk's I am trying to make a purchase and the additional service extended insurance pop up just hangs and the item is never entered into my cart for purchase. I tried the buy it now, the add to cart, saved it to my watched list and tried all the same effect. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any and all help to my issue.

You should be able to close the pop-up by choosing "no thanks" and using the "proceed" button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

You may not see it if your screen magnification is too high. If you are using a desktop PC browser, try holding down the Control key and using plus, minus or zero keys to zoom in, zoom out or reset the zoom level of the page.

I tried using the X to close same effect, I tried no thank you and scrolling it fully and selecting each offer to the next. Still just hangs there and never load I let it sit for 10 minutes and still doesn't close and add my item for purchase. I tried right click reload on it and Back just brings me to the original item and the fun begins again lol. I am at a loss to what to do next. I made purchase here recently and did not have this issue before.

Closing the window using the "X" will not place the item in your cart; you must use the "proceed" button at the bottom of the popup to complete your purchase.

If you do not see it or you cannot get past it, try another browser.
