Tax exemption for previously purchased items

I ordered items for my school and now need to get refunded for the tax that was charged. Anyone know how to go about this?

For previous purchases, you may be able to get a credit by contacting your state.

For future purchases, you'll want to open a separate account from your personal account for the purchase of tax exempt items and submit the required forms to eBay for approval.
