I have looked everywhere I can think of and cannot locate REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS of a Top Rated Seller status.  Our Dashboard indicates we are 'TOP RATED' as of Oct 20 review.  However our listings do not reflect any Badges and we have called eBay and they don't have answers either.  Hoping a long time eBayer can give some direction and/or suggestion.  TYIA

In most categories you must offer 1 day handling plus 30 day free returns to get the TRS+ badge and the 10% discount. See both requirements and benefits on this page -
