Suspended due to description of what item portrays

I was suspended for my description of a boy sitting on a bone tusk. It is a bronze and not ivory, bone or the like and I described what item portrayed and now am having to close account with 100% feedback because I sell to pay bills since I am disabled. Tried explaining to ebay and agree item is not made of any banned item but they will not reverse a suspension. Meanwhile thousands of banned items continue to be listed. I have reported items and not one is pulled. Thanks ebay.
