I think that Ebay should mail out $200 gift cards to customers as a way of saying thank you.

eBay's policy page says they don't accept suggestions, but then they tell you how to go ahead and make one anyway.

@micmol_5049   I bet everyone would love that, I know I would!   

 

It will never happen as that would cost eBay too much money.  They are a for profit company with stock shareholders .

And who would pay for that? Sellers in the form of higher fees.

And how do sellers recoup their selling costs? By raising their prices.

 

I wish it did, but money doesn't grow on trees. 😋

The sellers are Ebay's "Customers" because Ebay makes money from selling fees.
