Subscriber discounts

Hello everyone,

I close my account at the end of each summer, then reopen it the following year.  I used to get the ebay branded envelopes almost free for having a basic store, but now when I try to go to the subscriber discount page to get my code.....it asks for my password and then drops me on the main page instead of the page that I am looking for.  I opened my account back up two days ago......so I am not sure why I can't get the code so I can order some envelopes.  Any help would be great.

Did you subscribe to the Basic store or higher level?  The Starter store subscribers do not get the coupon.  Go here:
