Is Ebay ever going to correct the new "offers" system so that it won't retain credit card data against the Member's wishes? I don't even think what they are doing is Lawful. It's not in my State.
Pretty simple fix to something that could result in a major security breach.
Unfortunately Ebay is more concerned running Nanny algorithms on member to member messages that are as clean as the driven snow! Yet still won't send.
It's insane!
