Strange request

Buyer bought and paid for item, then asked if they can cancel. I've sent several messages with no response. Do I ship the item? It's overdue.

If the buyer stated they wanted to cancel, you cancel.  Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate the item, click the down-arrow, click Cancel order, select reason Buyer request, submit.
