I have been experiencing a strange phenomenon. My account keeps getting changed to a different address. I don't know where these are coming from, & my packages keep not reaching me. The name stays the same as well as the phone number & email, but the address keeps bouncing all over the place. Consequently, several items have shipped to oblivion. Has anyone else had this, & if so how do I get my stuff back?
