Store URL not working

I am unable to get ebay to correct my URL so it will direct customers to my ebay store.  When clicking on what ebay says is the store URL, it goes to a error page that states "something went wrong".  The URL ebay has listed and doesn't work is:  http://stores.shop.ebay.com/grandmasjewelryboxCB 

The correct URL is:  https://www.ebay.com./str/grandmasjewelryboxcb

Can anyone tell me how to get ebay to use the correct URL.
