Stolen item

@mar.us.naptuc4xb9,

Have you tried messaging the  the seller and ask if they provided you the wrong tracking number, pointing out that the one you received shows the item was delivered to an address in a different state? If not do that.  If they do not reply or respond saying tracking shows delivered you can do what I post below.  If they admit to adding the wrong labels to a couple of packages something that happens occasionally, you can suggest that they contact the other buyer and ask if they are sent a shipping label to ship the correct item to you, and yours to them if they will do that.  If you do not want to deal with that tell them you want a return shipping label to their address.

If the seller does't reply or want to send a return shipping label The quickest way to deal with this is to contact ebay through one of their social media outlets (links below)

You will need to provide the rep who handles the case the seller's username and the ebay item number (12 digits no hyphens) You can find both in your Order details. Tell them that the tracking number you were provided for the order showed delivery to an address in a different state. Add the tracking number or a saved screen shot of the full tracking to the message.  sign the message with your real and ebay username. You should get a reply within a few days stating that a refund is being issued.
