Standard envelope - unable to select this option on many occasions. Very frustrating.

Have reported this to ebay many times.  Still having repeat instances.

Make sure the item is listed in a supported category.

Set the size as 7x4x1 (or try 7x4x0) and the weight as 3oz

Then look for the eBay Envelope option.

Sellers have seen some variances when selecting either of the two sizes I mentioned, and in leaving the pounds field empty vs using zero there.

If experiencing the problem during listing, try a sell-similar from a listing that supports the envelope.

If the problem arises at the label, make sure the item was listed in the correct category, meets the quantity limitation, and that the envelope package type is selected. Fiddle with the dimensions.
