Can anybody tell me how to find and print standard envelope label?

You select the ebay Standard Envelope when you create the listing for items that qualify.  From memory, those would be trading cards, postcards, stamps, currency & coin, stickers, decals, seeds.  The envelope size:

• No smaller than 3.5” x 5”
• No larger than 6.125” x 11.5”
• Envelope thickness is uniform, less than 0.25” inches at all points, and not too rigid
