Watching 60 minutes tonight about how upper management tried to destroy a couple for having an ebay forum site.

It came from the to top executives, several people were convicted.

This is a four year old story.  How in the world has this affected you over the past four years???  It hasn't, so why would it now??

These were NOT tactics by Ebay, it was the tactics of a handful of employees.  The two are not the same.  

This happened in August of 2019.  By early September everyone had been fired that was thought to be involved in this to include the CEO.

The bonus Wenig got likely doesn't sit well with most.  But likely cheaper for Ebay since there wasn't any guarantee he would be indicted.  And to date he has not.

Ebay was told by the FBI NOT to discuss this subject during the time they were investigating the criminal activities of these ex-employees.  So Ebay was not allowed to talk about it at all until the Criminal cases were complete and they are now.  Lots of prison time being served by these people, well except Wenig.

This isn't a new story by a long shot.  But it is coming up again because the criminal cases are done, I believe and now the Steiner's get their swing and Ebay and the individuals involved in committing this terror on them.  It is now time for the Civil suit to start.
