Spendable Funds. How to enroll? Sorry none of the previous posts direct me to this feature.

I swear there is NOTHING that I can find that would allow me to start the Spendable Funds method.

      No link in any email, nothing in MyEbay, nothing in the financial page of the SellerHub.....?

      I can see there are a couple hundred dollars available, after fees and shipping have been paid.

     What gives?

I would like to take money from a recent sale and spend it on something else without going in and out of the checking account.
