Sorting items by lowest price is not working correctly

Has anyone else noticed that items for sale are not being correctly sorted when clicking the Lowest price + shipping button?

I just looked up something and it worked properly.  Are you maybe seeing promoted items first?

Many people have noticed.  One CM has advised to sort by Highest Price then scroll through the list backwards, i.e., from the bottom up.  I've tried this and it works.  An obvious symptom of something going hinky is that when you change the sort to Lowest Price there are many fewer results than before changing the sort.

no because my item is below like 30 other items now and it is cheaper even considering shipping.

It looks as though the highest price + shipping button is working correctly but the Lowest price Button is NOT working correctly. 

This is costing in sales = lost sales.

In my cynical days I might have answered something like "No, the eBay programmers are too busy fixing things that aren't broke." but not now... I'll just answer that I hope they get around to it soon.

I texted to put in for a service ticket on this problem with the Lowest Price button. I was told a ticket was input and asked some details about the searches I am looking at. I was also told to check back in 2 business days. Since Monday is Veteran's Day that makes it Wednesday 11/13/24. Hopefully they get this fixed before then since this is costing in Sales.
