This has been a complete major pain in the neck...have been dealing with this for over a month. Why can't the Ebay tech people fix this? My Summary pages will not load, have tried reloading to no avail most of the time!
Called Ebay about two weeks ago and rep said they are aware of the problem and are working on it????Have not ever seen anything like this...why no information or statement from Ebay?

Do you mean the Payments tab Summary page? Try this link on your current browser and a different browser. If either work then Bookmark it and use the Bookmark to access it until such time that eBay corrects their issue.
