Hello, I sold two different items to two different people and they both are going to 110 International Blvd , Glendale Heights IL 60139. it also says EIS C/O persons name.

some say this is a scam and some say this is another address for ebays International Shipping.

whats your thoughts

That certainly appears to be the address of eBay International Shipping, which would be used by many very legitimate non-US buyers.

So the fact that multiple people use that address is not suspicious at all.

That does not rule out a scam, though. Any address could potentially be used in a scam.

If several people claimed that an order sent to Chicago wound up being part of a scam, would you no longer ship to Chicago, merely because of those claims?

As long as you have tracking proving delivery to the name and address  eBay provided you are covered.
