Someone is purposely blocking the ability to place any orders on eBay -

I'm at the WeWork office location in La Jolla UTC using a public internet -

There have been several instances of hacking into my account - I just wanted to see if there was anything that can be done on your end before I take this up with the WeWork staff in their office.
