Are any of you having this problem? I've been a member for decades and though I'm not an active seller I've never had this happen until now. I have been posting a few of my family collections as I need to let it go and hope it attracts others that may wish to want them. So far, I have had two bidders that have not paid and a few others I have sold to, that do not leave any feedback. I know we can't do anything about that but I do appreciate buyers that pay quickly and always give them a positive feedback. But I don't understand why buyers bid and do not pay for it. I wait over 4-5 days before filing a claim. What does filing a claim do? I know we get back our fees but I've already lost out on having it sold yet Ebay says I can relist it, but for a fee? Who's at a loss here?
@angel4ever2b The seller gets their fees back and the buyer gets an unpaid item strike on their account.
2 or more strikes in 12 months and they are limited to buy it now only and no auctions or best offers from most sellers for 1 year
Add any non payer to your blocked bidder list so they don't bother you again.
