Solds remaining listed or relisting themselves

So I sold three things past two days. I check my active listings and what do I see, my sold items ACTIVE! This is not the first time this has happened. In the past month I ran a promotion, when the promotion was over, the listings promoted remained active while returning the old listings to active ALSO, Unfortunately on that one someone bought BOTH items, which, of course I only had one available. No these were not multiple items at one time, I had only one since first listing. Anyone have any input on this dilema. I have to manually end sold listings from being active. AFTER they have been sold and shipped!

Thanks for any info, luckily only 100 listings, but I want to massively increase in the coming year. THIS is making me not want too!
