Sold items not showing up

I can’t seem to find a phone number or a way to contact eBay directly. I have a couple items I accepted a offer on, but they’re not showing as sold they just disappear

Those listings will not show as Sold until the buyer pays for them.  Until that happens the listing is available for anyone to purchase.
