Sold an item, buyer paid. During shipping got a notification that the item was being forwarded to somewhere else per buyer's request. It eventually came back to me (wasn't delivered). What should I do? My funds are still on hold. Any advice?

Go to the Sold transaction. Click the down-arrow, click CONTACT BUYER, and let the buyer know the item was returned to you. If the buyer still wants the item, s/he will have to send a corrected address with additional shipping to your Paypal email address, and once received, you can use Paypal to print the shipping label. If the buyer no longer wants the ite, you can refund the item price only.
