Sold item but I don’t have buyers 6 digit code

Hi.  I just recently sold an item and the buyer decided to pick it up locally.  He never gave me his 6 digit confirm code so I can’t mark the item as “picked up”.  It’s been a few days and buyer hasn’t relied with the code.  What should i do? Thanks.

If they checked out with "Local Pickup" as the option, they were messaged and emailed the code - they were supposed to give it you in person when they picked it up and can easily forward that to you.

Keep messaging them or try calling them, as once you have the code entered in the app, it's marked delivered and any funds hold is released. You have their email and phone # in the Order Details if you need to call them.
