My item sold for an amount that was incorrect, and I need to cancel how do I?

I assume you mean the violin?  How can it be the wrong price?  You started the bidding at $.99, it sold for $295.  Do you know that it could have sold for $.99?

You set the price, so you are expected to complete the sale.  Still, no one can force you to ship the item.  To cancel, go to your list of sold orders - you will have to use the reason 'I am out of stock/I can not complete the transaction'.  You will get a seller defect, and the buyer can leave negative feedback.
