Sold ,difference

Scenario you sell an item the buyer goes to another site finds it cheaper,wants the difference or else want refund. There's nothing wrong with the item mind you . The item is less than2wks old sold as like new out of box .it was used only  a  ouole of times and not in sucession . Question should I pay the difference ;advice please.asap

If you accept returns you have to accept a return for any reason.

If your policy is no returns you would not be forced to refund if the reason for the return was found it cheaper.
