She wanted a full refund...
And I sent it..
She also demands the extra $ for shipping to a hub before it came to Canada..
I sent the full refund.. and said because I am a Christian I did that..
I have been on Ebay 20 years.. 100% Fantastic Feedback..
What the heck should I do?
Anyone... help..

@cub1987 You are signed up for the eBay International Shipping Program. YOU should not have refunded the buyer ANYTHING since the sellers job is done once the item leaves the US forwarding center in Illinois.
Now that you issued a refund as @mam98031 said there's no way to require the buyer to return the item.
I would direct the buyer to eBay customer service for the refund of the rest of their shipping money that you never received. The buyer pays you for shipping to Illinois and they pay eBay for the international portion of shipping and any import fees that are due.

Here is how to contact eBay customer service for assistance.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the page.
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.

There is really nothing for you to do now since you refunded the buyer. It is unlikely the buyer will ship the item back to you now. Sorry.

Thanks so much.. I was afraid of getting a 1st negative feedback in all the 20 plus years of being on Ebay..
She threatened to leave negative if I didn't fully refund her . Shipping to the hub too..
At least Ebay said they would remove any negative feedback received if she posts it..
I guess this is just a bad start to 2024..
Thanks for your help..
Amber 🙂
