Sneakers with unisex styling

If I am selling a pair of sneakers whose styling could appeal to everyone regardless of gender, may I state its male/female equivalent in my title and/or body without misleading the customers, provided that I state and label them correctly?  I am sure that there is a rule about it, I just have not found it.  I had bought a pair of shoes that were labeled both m/f sizes in the title, and I got them and realized that I hadn't seen that they are actually labeled opposite gender (technically).  I loved the shoes, and they're the same exact shoe as the other gender version, but it got me wondering.

Thank you!

Re: Sneakers with unisex styling

Many shoe styles are unisex because they fit the foot, not the perception.

To avoid confusion, it is best to list a shoe based on the gender sizing printed on the shoe and then state the other gender size as an "also fits" if the style is unisex.
