Small priority boxes are missing from the list

I called once and I don’t see any of them yet. Anyone else having same issue? Also can you put tracking on a padded envelope and what does it cost? Thank you

Sometimes the small box doesn't show until you click 'compare all services' at the bottom of the list.

There is a priority padded mailer - that is flat rate - it has its own rate. Any other padded envelope is like a box - the cost is based on weight, dimensions and distance.
