Slow USPS Indianapolis

It seems that there are big problems at the USPS Indianapolis distribution center. Packages are frequently routed incorrectly. This has recently happened to me twice. The only suggestion I have is for eBay to negotiate a new contract with a different shipper and recommend the new shipper to sellers.

Yes, there are sellers who use other than USPS, but if the only carrier the particular seller uses is USPS, and they are the only eBay seller with the item you want, you have no other choice other than to not get the item on eBay. Personally, I only get unimportant hobby items on eBay, so I really don't care too much if it gets delayed. Besides, it is probably the least expensive option, which I like for hobby items. I expect the USPS to be inefficient, so I don't depend on it. I am not complaining, I just want others to know about the problem. The knowledge will help them be prepared. An out of the box suggestion to address the problem has been submitted, but I don't really expect anyone to do anything about it except tell me why it can't be done.

That is pretty difficult because eBay is not contracting with anyone.

If you don't like the USPS find listings and sellers using UPS or FEDEX or DHL

They are out there.

eBay can't create or force another carrier on sellers.
