Sioux Pottery Vase

 I am trying to list a piece of Sioux pottery.  It is marked Sioux on the bottom and also marked with the location where it was made and the artist signed it.  When I go to list it, a form comes up that says "Oops.  You need to list this item under such and such."  Then I can't get back to my template to continue listing the item.  There is nothing to click on that will let me return to my listing and complete it.  How do I fix that?  Thank you!
