Signing for package

I sold an item and printed shipping label then noticed the buyer requested for it to have to be signed for I don’t know how to change it since I already printed label

If this is regarding your recent sale of the New Balance shoes, the label you printed is provided free by an eBay partnership with Fedex. The Seller would not be able to add signature confirmation to that. If the shoes are approved by the Authenticator, they will ship them to your Buyer with signature required.
