We had a customer win a bid on an item. We have calculated shipping costs on all of our items. On our end, his invoice showed the shipping costs in the total. They claimed the listing showed free shipping, and sent a screen shot of it showing free shipping. How did this happen? I ended up canceling the order and have to re-list the item. But I do not want to misinterpret our listings going forward. Any ideas on how this occurred and how to prevent it?
