Shipping

Hi yall, I've sold my first two items same buyer and was charged three times for shipping and the buyer was charged twice. I went ahead and sent them with one label and entered the tracking number on the other item. So my question is how do I get the other shipping charge returned to the buyer and how do I dispute the shipping charges that I was charged?

Shipping

Hi @des-3025 ,

Here is a link to your Shipping labels page, find the ones not being used and on the left is a pull down menu with a Void function, click that then cycle through the next page to select a reason, etc.  Your costs will be credited back within 14 days.  The Buyer, if they paid twice and YOU have that money in your account you can Refund it to them ... if you have no record of receiving their additional payment they will have to contact eBay for it.
