I opend a second store I already have a store that has been operating for several yrs and I have no problem printing labels from my Zebra Printer on that account. the new account doesn't print to my Zebra printer and it is the only printer I have. It only shows a portion of the lable and it is showing up on a 8 1/2 by 11 size and I do not have that kind of printer. I have talked with cusotmer service several times and they don't understand what I'm talking about. help please.
On the create label page, look to the lower right where you will see the current label format. Click CHANGE and select the 4"x6" format. Also best to have your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe for printing to a label printer.
