Shipping to Singapore

A potential buyer from singapore wants to buy my item.   Ebay isn’t allowing this. I am signed up with GSP and Singapore isn’t in my list of excluded places to ship.

Not every item can ship to every GSP-eligible country - eBay decides what can ship under GSP, it has nothing to do with your exclusions, and everything to do with export and import regulations.

So, sounds like more of a hassel then. Its a small item being shipped small flat rate. Item 374041515303

I don't see Global Shipping Program at all on that listing - it only shows shipping to the United States.

Are you certain you're enrolled - if you click Edit or Revise on that listing, do you have the checkbox for GSP?

Also what is a 'fire starter' exactly - would that contain any flammable residue?
