I have a customer that wants to make a purchase from Australia. I am enrolled in International Shipping, but the customer keeps getting a message that I need to change my listing to allow International sales. I ship via International shipping every week. Why is this happening?

@highlander639 I see that there is not shipping for ANY international countries on this listing.
Sorry for the delay as I had to step away from computer. Try revising the title of the listing.
First END the active listing... Then select sell similar so it's a new listing to the Bots. Next revise the title and change Antique to vintage OR just leave it out.
Antique might be what is triggering the bot that thinks it's a rare antiquity item. That's my best guess.
I checked the EIS exclusions list and don't see anything specifically that applies to your listing>>
Due to export limitations and restrictions, items listed in the following categories also can't be shipped with eBay International Shipping. This is not an exhaustive list and it may be updated based on transportation regulations and export laws.

@highlander639 What is the item number? Not all items qualify as there are price, package size, and customs restrictions.
Sometimes an item SHOULD be allowed but is blocked by the bots due to a word in the listing.
I helped a buyer recently that was selling a Hairspray Magazine that the bots would not allow internationally. I advised them to remove the word Hairspray from the title and description and the item was allowed. Don't do this though if it's REALLY an item that shouldn't be allowed to be exported.
