Inceptions
Sellers must ship within their handling time (which can be from 0-30 days). The seller's handling time is built into the estimated delivery date shown on the item listing (and in your Purchase History after you buy).
You may see the seller's handling time on the item listing's Shipping and payments tab. For example:
