Shipping return label

I have a return claim,i accepted the return and i need to provide the buyer with a shipping label,but it doesn't show on my options anymore. Is there a way to still add the shipping label pfd and tracking #?

When you accept the return, ebay will automatically issue a return shipping label to the buyer.  The buyer clicks on the link, prints out the label, and affixes it onto the package to return to you.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
