Shipping question?

I recently sold an item.. buyer paid but they asked me to ship to other address than the one on PayPal.. they have a positive account with good reviews.. just don’t want to have issues..

PayPal is no longer a payment processor for eBay. Buyers can use it to pay, but sellers do not see how a buyer pays, just that they have paid. 

Sellers are required to ship to the address that accompanied the payment. Buyers choose and confirm the shipping address when they pay. 

Be very sure the message you received asking to change the address is actually from your buyer and not from a random user. 

If you want to, you can cancel the transaction and relist for the buyer to change the address before they pay. 

Large items are best listed as no shipping, local pickup only. 
It might be to heavy to ship via USPS.

The address that was added during Checkout is the right address to ship to.

As seller you might need seller protection

When you list such a heavy item again, consider local pick-up only.
