Shipping order in multiple boxes

I have tried 5 different times to print 2 labels for 1 order. How do you ship an order in more than 1 box? When I click print another label like all the help articles say to, it just reprints the same label over and over & if I use the app and click print another label it charges me for another label & voids the other label out

Enter the weight and dimensions for Box 1 and print the first label,

Then you can print another label (don't do a reprint of the 1st label)

1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your 2nd box and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.

You should have 2 labels with 2 different tracking numbers.
