Shipping options on an offer

A buyer says they don’t see both of my shipping options on an offer I made

@yodel-lay-he-hoo  They need to look at the listing not the offer to see the shipping options.   

Then they will be able to select the shipping option they wish to use at checkout.  

The shipping prices stays the same as stated on the listing.  

Are you sure you have 2 shipping methods on this listing?  I have had issues with listing lately where my shipping policy I selected wasn't sticking and I didn't notice until after the listing was live.

Thank you! I definitely had two options for shipping listed. Thanks to you I now know how to direct potential buyers if this comes up again. ( I suspected they would be able to see both options at checkout.) I guess when USPS First Class changed and USPS Ground Advantage began some of my listings started showing my most expensive shipping option first. I have gradually been changing this. Best regards!
