Shipping multiple packages

Hi folks!

I could use some help. I have a buyer who purchase multiple items, but there is only one box to print a shipping label. It doesn't appear to allow me to separate each item for shipment . It looks like it took the largest package and calculated the measurements on that one. The issue is, if I try to package them together for the one label, it increases the size which then increases the costs to ship significantly. It is cheaper for me to send the packages individually. Is there a way to mark each package for shipment separately since there is only one box to check? How can I fix this?

Any help is sincerely appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Shipping multiple packages

Purchase a shipping label for the first carton, editing the size and weight. Then select Purchase another label from the dropdown next to the transaction in your order list for the next carton, and edit the size and weight as needed for that one. You can purchase up to 5 labels for a transaction.

Be sure to affix the correct label to each box as the carrier will consider these to be unrelated shipments.
