Shipping multiple items

A just sold 2 items to the same customer and I want to ship them together in the same box. How do I combine the shipping labels? I seen a video saying you can either print a combined label or add the tracking number to the other order. But I can’t find either of these options on my iPhone app? Can someone please help?

I don’t believe you can combine the orders in the app, but you can add the tracking to the second order.

 Print the label from one order, making sure to adjust the size and weight to the new final package.

 Copy the tracking number.

Tap on the second order so it brings up the details, and about halfway down is an Add Tracking link. Tap that and paste in the tracking number.
